Jackie is a successful and proven leader in her ability to “think outside of the box” and secure grant funding. She has 20 years of experience in management, business administration, promotions, capacity/partnership building, grant funding, government budgets, and policy development.
Jackie was certified as a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual for Animal Feed in 2016. She is assisting trucking companies and feed-mills to meet the new FDA rules. She was District Manager for Polk Soil and Water Conservation District for 12 ½ years, Manager for 26th Street Superette Market for 14 years, and ran an educational Outdoor School for 10 years. Jackie has an A.A. in Criminal Justice, a B.S. Natural Resource Management (emphasis Fish & Wildlife), and a minor in Rangeland Resource Management from Oregon State University.

Kersey recently graduated cum laude from Oregon State University. She has a B.S. in General Science with a Concentration on Pre-Physical Therapy. She is working on a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, specializing in therapy for children with acquired brain injuries. She worked for the Polk Soil and Water Conservation District for 7 years assisting with the implementation of many programs. She coordinated their Annual Meeting & Dinner Celebration for 3 years. The event hosts 350 members of the public and included local food, a silent auction, and a wine tasting event. Kersey arranged for the food and items to be donated by local businesses and producers. Kersey’s developed brochures, posters, calendars, invitations & webpages.
Andrew Hastings, Sales Consultant
Andrew has 5 years of experience in sales and marketing. He has designed and worked on various Webpages and promotional materials. He has 3 years’ experience in grant writing. Andrew has a B.S. in Business Administration from Oregon State University.
