Funding Opportunities- $400
Hastings Enrichment can perform a funding or topic search. The Funding search will result in a minimum of 15 potential funding opportunities. This list will be ranked based on likelihood of funding and include a report with the following for each potential funding opportunity:
o Funding source (Federal, Private, etc.)
o A brief description of the opportunity
o Potential funding amount
o Timeline of grant deadlines
Research Topic– $400 to $1,000
A topic search would result in a packet of information regarding the requirements of the project. I.e. If hired to research the application process of 501(c)(3) you will get a packet detailing the requirements and other needed information to file your application.
Grant Proposal Writing

Foundation & Private Proposals- $800 to $5,000

Federal & State Proposals-$5,500 to $30,000
Once a specific funding opportunity is selected Hastings Enrichment can write a high quality grant proposal. Each proposal will meet the funder’s mission and requirements as well as yours. We will work with your entity and partners for program design, then create the narrative and other needed pieces to submit a complete grant proposal. Along with the proposal we will also provide you with a letter of reference template to send to stakeholders to increase the chance of funding.

Review Your Grant Proposal- $80 per hour
For those who have already selected the funding source and created a proposal we offer a review service to ensure that the grant proposal is complete with all needed documents, in-line with the funding source, as well as written to give you the best chances of receiving funding.

Revisions to Submitted Grants

Federal & State Proposals- $2,200 to $12,500
Hastings Enrichment can take a grant proposal which didn’t receive funding and work with the funding source to prepare it for re-submittal. This includes communicating with the funding source extensively to solve problem areas and re-work the grant proposal to re-submit it to the source.

Corporate Request & Letters of Inquiry- $800 to $2,500
Hastings Enrichment can write successful corporate requests and letters of inquiry to make your project a success. We will work with the corporation to make sure your letter will be competitive and give you the best chance of receiving the product or funding you need.
Contract Bid & Request for Proposal Assistance- $1,000 to $3,000
Thinking about going out for bid on a Government contract, or send in a request for proposal? Hastings Enrichment can help you create a competitive bid packet or request letter. Hastings Enrichment Consultants have in-depth knowledge of the inner workings of local, state, and county government agencies. We can work with you to make your proposal more attractive to a review committee to boost your chances of getting the contract.

501(c)(3) Applications-$1,000 to $3,000
If you are having trouble, or feel overwhelmed while applying for your 501(c)(3) status we can help. Hastings Enrichment consultants are experienced with 501(c)(3) applications. We will work closely with you throughout the entire application process and provide you with the complete application you need to be approved.
